*** How to Give Perfect Presentation ***

Presentation Tips:

In ebiz you cant become successful without being a good presenter, but most people have fears & they think that they cant give presentation. Awareness precedes change, in other words we cannot change anything in our lives without being aware of our present situation. Then the question is, why do we fear presentations to such an extent? One of the main fear of the human mind is the ‘unknown’. That is why we are at some level fearful of entering even our own homes that we have lived in for years without turning on the lights.

Presentations have a fear of the unknown; we are uncertain of how the audience will respond to us and our topic at hand. Keeping that element in mind, do not let the uncertainty sway your mind and energy off your presentation.

The principles of presentations apply to any eBIZer.

1. VISUALIZATION:

One of the most critical points to keep in mind is the visualization prior to the presentation. Most will start worrying about how people will react to them and their topic. In turn, most of your mental power on the stage will be wasted. Visualize exactly how you want the presentation to unfold. Try to see every detail of the presentation unfold within your mind. Reality is a reflection of the thoughts that we unfold in our minds on a daily basis.

2. CAN’T MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY:
If a presenter believes he/she will make everyone happy all the time they will not make anyone happy.

3. POWER POINT SLIDES:
If you are using a power point presentation, keep the content to a minimum as it is not meant to have your entire presentation on it. You can download the presentation from ebizel.com & delete unwanted slides or another way to give house meeting presentation is white board & marker.

4. NOTES TO A MINIMUM:
You know your topic so keep notes to a minimum. For your notes, do not use sentences or you mind will want to read it. Use key words that will remind you of what you want to say, then just talk about your message.

5. KNOW YOUR MESSAGE:
Know the key messages that you want to get across. Have a few key messages that will keep you on track and focused.

6. EMOTIONS THROUGH STORIES:
If you can, do not just say the messages out. Before every message see if you can find a relevant story to make the point. The story does not have to be industry related. The point of the story is to elicit an emotion, any emotion. This will get them to not only give you their attention during the critical message but more importantly get them to feel it and in turn visualize your message. People will forget what you told them in a few days but will remember how you made them feel for a lifetime.

7. START WITH A STORY:
Start the presentation with a story. Again, you are shooting for an emotion. What emotion they feel is not as relevant as them feeling something.

8. AGE OF INFORMATION:
We are in the age of information, since we are bombarded by information the minds of our audience have shut down. The only way to open the mind is to get them to feel first.

9. SUMMARIZE:
Just like a well written essay, do not forget to summarize your main message points.

10. HAVE FUN:

Most critical element of them all, is to make sure you have fun while you are up on stage. Best way to do that is be yourself. The right people want to deal with those who are true to themselves as this makes you predictable and consistent and in turn removes the element of the ‘unknown’.

***  What People ask you ***

Q) WHAT DID YOU DO TO ACHIEVE THIS MARK?

A) My answer is always that even I dont know what I did.

I always pray to god that whatever may be the reason for my success keep it going.

If you will ask this question to someone else you will get some other answer. Everyone has its own point of views. But what I did was that I never let my business slip out of my hands. I was always having that control over my business that required. I worked according to the situation firstly I use to invite my guests in my uplines meeting then the situation required me to stand up tall and take the charge then I started to take the presentation. I was a presentor from the very first month. Associates generally don't get onto the stage when required and when they take the stage sometimes its too late. and some people does not take the stage.

I was very firm on the fact that there should be more and more training meetings that is why I am having very good presentors in my group.

When the group was increasing with the nice pace then the situation required to arrange big meetings in big venues and that what I did.

I have always work with the people at the depth, always work with the freshers without any EGO. Always looking for freshness in the business.

Everyone in my group knows that I work with the freshers turn them to silvers and then I set them free and then I look for new freshers.

It is about taking initiatives and I am good in that.

It is about taking responsibilities of your downline and that I did.

It is about having good relations with your downline and I am having very good relations with them.

It is about analysing the situation and I am good in that.

I have always believed in action.

I am always ready to learn more may be it from my downline or upline or may be from the outside world.

Q) CAN you give me some tips for success?

A) See there are no tips to follow to get success. Its something within you that takes you to success. If tips can do it for us then to achieve success is very easy what I feel is god has given everyone something special but has left on the person to identify that.

So utilise your potential and don't waste your potential, but still few important points about success

Q) How could I motivate myself?

A) What I feel that no one in the world can demotivate you or motivate you its all in your hands how you deal with yourself. See just ask yourself how much time in a day you talk to yourself or within yourself the answer will be I talk a lot to myself and there you are in this lot of talking we generally motivate or demotivate ourselves if we talk positive to ourself then we get motivated and if we talk negative to ourself then we get demotivated.

So what I suggest you that always talk positive to keep the motivation level high. Such as I can do it

I will do it.

I can face any challenge.

I am ready for the challenge.

I will turn the things my way.

I am a leader.

I am a winner.

Q) How you manage your studies with your business?

A) See what we say that regular meetings are very important for regular results so what I suggest you that you should be regular in your studies. Study for 2 hours every day. and then you can easily cope up with your studies.

Q) MY PARENTS ARE AGAINST OF MY WORK?

A) If you want to have success in this business then you need to have your parents support. See what happens is when you start promoting the system what you do is you just change the whole day schedule and you break the time boundation.

What you should do is start doing it part time i.e working for 2 days a week. and not changing your schedule rather utilisng the time which you use to waste earlier, and study regularly then your parents also won't object on anything, and when your network grows and you are earning good then you can give little more time.

Q) CAN I TAKE EBIZ AS MY FULL TIME CAREER?

A) ITS A VERY BIG QUESTION AND VERY DIFFICULT TO ANSWER. ACCORDING TO ME YOU SHOULD DO EBIZ PART TIME AS WHAT I THINK IS YOU DOES NOT REQUIRE THAT MUCH OF TIME TO GIVE TO EBIZ. WHEN I STARTED MY BUSINESS I DID IT PART TIME AND I CLEARED MY ENGINEERING WITH NICE MARKS.

NOW I HAVE TAKEN IT FULL TIME BUT NOW I REALIZE I DONT HAVE TO DEVOTE THAT MUCH OF TIME. USUALLY I WORK ON WEEKENDS AND I DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO IN WEEKDAYS. SO ITS NOT ABOUT ENJOYING HOLIDAYS BUT ITS ABOUT WASTING YOUR PRECIOUS TIME. SO WHAT I FEEL IS YOU SHOULD TAKE EBIZ AS A PART TIME BUT YOU SHOULD DO IT SERIOUSLY. YOU SHOULD PROMOTE IT ON WEEKENDS. EVEN IF YOU ARE EARNING GOOD THEN ALSO YOU CAN DO IT PART TIME. SO WHAT I SUGGEST YOU IS DO IT PART TIME BUT SERIOUSLY AND VERY SERIOUSLY. SO GIVE IT A BIG THOUGHT BEFORE YOU TAKE IT ANY DECISION.

Q)HOW COULD I MOTIVATE MY DOWNLINE WHICH IS NOT ACTIVE?

A)FIRST OF ALL arrange few informal meetings. Sit with them make them feel comfortable talk to them very generally. Ask what are the problems they are facing try to solve them. May be they are not in a right direction or not getting the proper support. Talk general and try maintaining good relations with them.

Q)What did you do when you were silver, gold.....diplomat?

A)I didn't do anything special. I have always followed the basics and made my group also to follow the basics and that what made me reach here. The basics such as taking presentations, training of newly joined associates as early as possible, leaders meeting, always aggressive, enthusiastic, passionate and having feelings for the work.

And most importantly I never got carried away with whatever I achieved so far. I always look for my next target. I have been always looking for more and more in terms of success.
So never get carried away by anything and always focus on your work assuccess is just a journey and not a destination.

All of us know that the strength of a building is determined by the strength of its foundation and so is the case in our organization where long-term success is completely dependent on the quality of our leaders. Most of the time we keep wondering what pattern of training should be followed and most of the time we end up following nothing and training haphazardly. But don't worry because this section will teach you how to train your new associates when they join with you. Let me tell you here at the very outset that the method I'm going to teach you below has worked successfully for me and has been indeed found and implemented by me myself, so do take care of the smallest details possible. I'm writing it in the form of a 30-day schedule which will equip you to train your group well.

DAY 1 : Well this is the day your prospect has made his Demand Draft for joining the organization. As soon as he makes DD your job is to get him registered online in front of him. What mistake most of us do is, we don't get them registered in front of themselves. If you register him infront of himself he will develop more faith in you. Get the in-voice signed by him and the selling associate and get the signature in-voice photocopied and hand him one copy. Courier the draft in front of him, Don't keep it in your hands.

Now take him to some quite place where you can talk to him properly. Now starts his training, remember try to meet him in casuals on Day One.

First 15 mins : Talk about him, his family, his career interests, his passion, his hobbies, his favorite pastime because he is new to you so you need to melt the ice by speaking friendly to him then only he will share his dreams with you and talk to you freely.

Next 30-45 mins : Now comes the most interesting and most important part of training. Ask him his Why ebiz?? and make it strong. Ask him why he joined ebiz and what exactly in the presentation made him most interested. A person can generally have three reasons of joining ebiz:

1. Education

2. Money

3. Personality

Now what mistake we do is that when we are sitting for strengthening the why ebiz of new associate we generally focus on making him understand that how can he get the above 3 things from ebiz that is education, money, personality or name-fame. But we forget this fact that most of the people in this world don't have a clear perception that why they actually need computer education, money or a good personality, how to get it from ebiz comes a lot later, so first of all it is important to make him understand why he requires all this stuff in his/her life.

So, to know how to strengthen why on each of the above subjects click on the hyper-links Education, Money or Personality.

Next 15 mins : Tell him about the seminars organized by us and the importance of attending meetings that meetings will indeed teach them how to work and when you listen to leaders in the meetings it actually inspired you to work better. Make him visualize that he is standing infront of thousands of people and inviting his mother and father on the stage. Let him feel the passion and the vibrations.

Next 15 mins : Tell him about your and create great gravity of all your uplines by mentioning their achievements(if any) and their commitment towards work. Remember ebiz is a business of gravity, the more you create the gravity of your upline(eveen if he is a new beginner or a cheque achiever), the easier it becomes for you to work.

Ask him to bring his diary for Day 2 and be in white shirt tie, if he already has one.

DAY 2 : Today make his diary and take him to the website of the company and tell him the meaning of the different links and how he can use the services to the optimal level. Open a course which he doesn't know and let him learn from it for at least 15mins, the best course in this case will be HTML(Hyper-Text Mark-up Language).

DAY 3 : Teach him the procedure of conducting a proper presentation step-by-step. Firstly, teach him how to invite guests for the presentation, tell him to first invite those guests who are with high trust factor. The Best way to invite the guests is CURIOSITY.

After successful invitation a very important step is Confirmation Call. Give him a confirmation call that you've spoken to the leader and fixed up the meeting so be there in time and inform your family as well that you're busy at that time so that they don't fix-up any activity then. Tell him that your leader's time is very valuable as he has taken out time from his busy schedule for us , so be there well before time.

Teach him the decoram of the presentation room, that there should be nothing such which disturbs the flow of the presentation. There should be no landlines in the room or any children or animals in the room to avoid sound. No food should be served during the presentation. The presentation will enter after the guest enters the room and the presentor will sit facing the door and you and your prospects will sit facing the presentor. Take notes during the presentation as one day you have to give presentation yourself.

After presentation ask him to tell his guest two most important things 1. Not to share business part with family and 2. Not to discuss the presentation with friends right now. Then take him to the internet and make him the courses and the website of the organisation.

Teach him how to handle the 4 Basic objections faced : 1. Money Problem 2. Parents not allowing 3. Faith on the company/concept 4. I will not be able to promote it.

DAY 4-7 : Get atleast 5 guests presentation done on his behalf in 3 slots. By this time he would have seen the presentation thrice and would be able to practice giving prsentations now. 5 presentations should ideally yield 2 joinings which will make him qualified and increase his commitment level towards work.
